The HEAL Foundation has facilitated funding to the following successful recipients:  

CHGPN Grant Program

The Central Highlands, Victoria, General Practice Grant Program awarded annual grants between 2014 and 2017. The program was established through the transfer of retained equity from the Central Highlands General Practice Network (CHGPN) to Health Education Australia Limited (HEAL). The aim of the Grant Program was to support general practices in the historical CHGPN catchment to improve chronic disease management through systems development, capacity building, whole of practice learning and knowledge transfer.  Read more...

Friends4Fiji

The Friends4Fiji initiative is a grassroots international partnership between the medical students of Monash University in Melbourne and the rural Umanand Prasad School of Medicine (UPSM) in Fiji. The partnership aims to enhance medical education and health outcomes in Fiji and Australia by facilitating donations of learning and medical equipment, organising shared learning opportunities abroad and encouraging clinical engagement with the pressing health concerns of the Pacific region.  Read more...
