The Online MCQ Bridging Course - Specialty Units (Population and Community Health, Mental Health, Child Health and Women's Health) is offered for 12 weeks. The series includes an Orientation unit, a range of resources covering topics under the Specialty domains, a range of videos, recent webinars and a practice trial exam.
The topics are arranged to match the AMC exam topics. The resources and learning activities are made available to you immediately so you can access your main topics of interest whenever you are ready.
The module content focuses on important knowledge to be successful in passing the examination and also practicing as a safe doctor in Australia
We recommend spending approximately 20 - 25 hours per week to ensure you can take advantage of the range or resources available. If you plan to do 2 courses simultaneously (we also offer an online Adulth Health course - Medicine and Surgery topics), then the study hours noted above will increase.
Individual study times will differ depending on what personal clinical experience and medical knowledge you already have. As this course is designed to help prepare for the AMC MCQ examination, participants may need to spend further time revising particular topics if knowledge and practice is not at the level required by the AMC.
Certificate: Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a certificate which you should retain for your records.
Course access: You will have access to the course for 12 weeks from the course purchase date. Please refer to your email for course access details.
